Prof. James Baker

NED & Chairman

He brings 30 years of senior executive experience in engineering and materials. He serves on the Technical Advisory Board of HydroGraph Clean Power and leverages industry relationships to support governance, advanced manufacturing, and licensing partnerships.


Previously, he spent 25 years at BAE Systems as Vice President and Managing Director leading technology innovation, and served as CEO of GEIC, scaling and commercialising advanced materials.

Mark Lancelott

Fractional CCO

Supporting the project by leveraging his 30+ year's experience advising and consulting across circular economy, ESG, manufacturing, financial services, technology, and start-ups specializing in sustainability, circularity.


Having previously held Senior roles at Korn Ferry and PA Consulting, he is contributing to driving sustainability, circularity, business transformation, and organizational design. Led transformation projects for Deutsche Bank, Rolls-Royce, and The University of Sheffield.


Dr. Luke Roebuck

Doctors of Philosophy in Photocatalysis for wastewater treatment from the University of Manchester.


Leading R&D strategies, performing experiments synthesising our photocatalyst, developing formulations and leveraging his connections within the photocatalyst community.

Dr. Abraham Barde

CTO

He holds a PhD in Photocatalysis for Wastewater Treatment and Hydrogen Production from the University of Manchester. He supports the project by analysing novel materials and working closely with IP attorneys to protect the technology. His work focuses on advancing photocatalytic performance with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

Dr. Yibing Zhu

CTA

Our Technical Advisor supports the project by applying his expertise in coatings and titania to develop our composites. He holds a PhD in Coatings and Ceramics from the University of Manchester and uses data modelling to refine materials before synthesis, boosting productivity and de-risking research.

Policy Advisor

Our Policy Advisor provides expert guidance on pharmaceutical effluent and wastewater regulation. He served 27 years as a Member of Parliament and is now in the House of Lords. He sits on the board of Medannex and spent 14 years as Chair of the 1922 Committee, working with five Conservative Prime Ministers.

Our IP attorney, is supporting the project by managing NDAs, IP assignments, stock options, terms & conditions, patents, and by advising on IP strategy to ensure our innovations are well positioned for future patent development and protection.

Yevgen Levitskyi

Legal Advisor

Our Legal Advisor, Oxford educated and Harvard trained with over 10 years’ experience, expertly manages commercial contracts, board documentation, and the broking and licensing of technology agreements all with a sharp focus on driving commercial outcomes and protecting the company’s interests.

Prof. Chris Hardacre

Photocatalyst Advisor

Guiding key experiments to de-risk the project. With 14 patents in catalysis, he ensures research delivers strong future IP. He also manages research project proposals and leverages his photocatalysis network to drive collaboration and innovation.
